Perché usare il Primer Naturale e non un 'Quarzo'?
Spatula Stuhhi Primer Naturale dà garanzia di 'aggrappaggio' e non mette in evidenza segni neri.

Why use a Natural Primer instead of a Quartz Primer?
Spatula Stuhhi's Natural Primer guarantees "grip" and hides any black marks.

Sul cartongesso prima del Primer bisogna passare un fissativo?
E’ sempre preferibile usare un fissativo, soprattutto in presenza di polvere.

Must bonding liquid be applied to gypsum board before applying a Primer?
It is always best to use a bonding liquid, especially when there is dust about.

Alcuni colori del campionario, nella realtà possono risultare diversi?
Spatula Stuhhi è un prodotto naturale per di più applicato manualmente. Una differenza di colore è quindi accettabile. I colori dei nostri campionari sono indicativi anche se spesso molto funzionali. Nel caso di assoluta certezza del colore e del risultato, consigliamo la prova a parete.

Can some actual colours differ from the colour samples?
Spatula Stuhhi is a natural product that is applied by hand. Some variation in colour is therefore acceptable. The colours shown in our samples are indicative and often very practical. For a definite indication of the colour and the result, we recommend a test patch on the wall.

Come si applica la Cera Del Vecchio? Si può applicare su altri prodotti?
La cera del vecchio si applica con un panno per circa 10 mq, subito dopo sempre con il panno o con lo speciale lucidatore si tolgono le eccedenze di cera, ottenendo così una perfetta lucidatura.
E’ possibile usare la Cera Del Vecchio su altri prodotti.

How is 'Cera del Vecchio' (Antique Wax) applied? Can it be applied over other products?
Our antique wax is applied using a cloth for each 10 square metres. This is immediately followed by removing the excess wax using a cloth or our special buffer, thereby obtaining a perfect sheen.

I nostri coloranti si possono usare su altri prodotti?
Si, l’importante che siano prodotti a base d’acqua.

Can your dyes be used with other products?
Yes, provided they are water-based products.

Posso usare Spatula Stuhhi per esterni?
No, Spatula Stuhhi è un prodotto creato per ambienti interni.

Can Spatula Stuhhi be used for external finishes?
No. Spatula Stuhhi is made for internal use.

Si può colorare con i coloranti universali?
In linea di massima no, il prodotto potrebbe subire variazioni di viscosità, potrebbe creare macchie e problemi di lucidatura.

Can it be coloured using universal dyes?
Generally not. The product may undergo changes in viscosity and may give rise to blotchiness and buffing problems.

Il prodotto si può miscelare con il tintometro?
Noi consigliamo di usare un trapano (a basso regime di giri) con una frusta, evitando così uno sfibramento del prodotto. Utilizzando invece il tintometro si rischierebbe di rendere lo Spatula Stuhhi molto lento di viscosità.

Can the product be mixed using a tint meter machine?
We recommend using a drill (at low rpm) with a whisk, thereby avoiding the fibres in the product breaking down. If you use the tint meter machine, the Spatula Stuhhi may become very low in viscosity.

Perché ogni tanto il prodotto si presenta liquido anche dopo 24 ore dalla miscelazione?
Questo fenomeno il più delle volte si verifica in presenza di un colore molto forte; in questo caso è preferibile aggiungere al prodotto il nostro addensante che, dopo un paio d’ore permette di ottenere una buona viscosità.

Why is the product sometimes liquid, even 24 hours after mixing?
This most often happens with very strong colours. In these cases, it is best to add our thickening agent to the product, which will give it good viscosity after a couple of hours.

Perché nelle tinte chiare si vede poco la spatolatura?
E’ la caratteristica del prodotto. E’ però possibile mettere in evidenza le spatolature aggiungendo un po’ di colorante nella terza mano.

Why is it difficult to see the spatula marks in light colours?
This is a characteristic of the product. However, the spatula marks can be highlighted by adding a bit of dye for the third coat.

Posso carteggiare tra una mano e l’altra?
No, la polvere che si forma carteggiando, crea un invisibile scudo che, nella mano successiva non permette allo Spatula Stuhhi di “aggrapparsi” tendendo quindi a “strappare” (Spellicolamento).

Can the surface be sanded between coats?
No. The dust that is produced by sanding forms an invisible shield that stops the next coat of Spatula Stuhhi "gripping", making it tend to "tear" (Peeling).

Perché quando miscelo il prodotto con la frusta si staccano dei pezzi di plastica dal secchio?
Il problema è dovuto alla non perfetta rotondità della frusta. Controllare che la frusta non abbia dei pezzi di saldatura che fuoriescono dalla zona lavoro dell’attrezzo.

Why do some pieces of plastic detach themselves from the bucket when mixing the product with a whisk?
This is due to the whisk not being properly rounded. Check that the whisk doesn't have any bits of weld sticking out of the working area.
